• 100% refund if written cancellation is received 7 days before the first day of class
• 50% refund if cancellation is received 4-6 days before the first day of class

• 0% refund if cancellation is received after 09:00 on the Wednesday (96 hours) before first day of class
• No Show for class? No refund!
